Onboarding
Our onboarding process is designed to be simple and transparent. Clients are usually fully onboarded within 5–10 business days, depending on how quickly we exchange information.
Here’s how it works:
Submit your contact information below to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call.
We'll follow up with a tailored proposal outlining recommended services and next steps.
Once approved, we'll send an engagement letter and collect a deposit to kick off onboarding.
We complete the work, deliver the results, and provide ongoing support as needed.
Our Monthly Bookkeeping Process
Each month, Keystone Numbers will:
Attach receipts and categorize transactions using your Chart of Accounts.
Verify all bills, invoices, and deposits are complete.
Request clarification from you on transactions that require additional details.
Reconcile accounts and make necessary journal entries.
Review financial data, prepare reports, and email them along with a summary by the 15th.
Your Responsibility
Your responsibility is to respond to our information requests within 1–2 business days to keep your books accurate and reports timely. Otherwise, we've got it handled!
